First Alleged Victim (December 2024 – January 2025)

According to the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office:

• In late December 2024, St. Juste allegedly “quick-added” a 14-year-old girl on Snapchat.

• He allegedly arranged to meet her at a TJ Maxx in South Setauket, where prosecutors say he engaged in sexual intercourse with her in a store bathroom.

• In early January 2025, he allegedly picked her up from her middle school and engaged in sexual intercourse again in the back of his vehicle.

• When the girl later asked him for a pregnancy test, prosecutors allege he attempted to coerce her into another sexual act.

• The girl later disclosed the incidents to her mother, prompting the investigation.

Second Alleged Victim (June 2025)

According to the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, months later in June 2025, St. Juste allegedly approached a different 14-year-old girl at Smiths Point Beach, added her on Snapchat, and later met her in a Port Jefferson parking lot on June 28, 2025.

Prosecutors allege he engaged in sexual intercourse with her and was aware she was a high school sophomore.

⚖️ Charges & Court Status

A Suffolk County grand jury indicted St. Juste on:

• 3 counts of Rape in the Second Degree

• 1 count of Attempted Rape in the Second Degree

• 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child

He was arraigned before Acting Supreme Court Justice Karen Wilutis.

Bail was set at:

• $750,000 cash

• $3 million bond

• $7.5 million partially secured bond

If convicted on the top violent felony count, he faces up to seven years in prison, according to prosecutors.

He is scheduled to return to court on March 25, 2026.
