In July 2022, Adam McCombs was publicly identified as a new hire in an official Richmond University Medical Center employee publication, listed as a transporter.

The individual who publicly posted my Social Security and birth documentation online was Darren Lloyd, known locally in Mariners Harbor as “Scooty Booty.”
In multiple Facebook Live broadcasts that were publicly available at the time, Lloyd made statements indicating that the files came from a hospital employee.
Those livestreams have since been taken down and are no longer publicly viewable.
This publication has not independently verified the source of the documents.
However, the documents were publicly posted, and statements regarding their origin were publicly made before being removed.
