💊 The Gutter Report: Staten Island’s Opioid Crisis
When frauds preach peace but feed poison
Staten Island’s overdose numbers keep climbing. In 2023, the borough lost 155 lives to fatal overdoses — the second-highest death rate in all of New York City. That’s more than one family burying a loved one every three days.
📰 The opioid epidemic isn’t new — but Staten Island still bleeds from it daily.
The drug of choice? Fentanyl. It’s everywhere: heroin bags, pressed pills, even coke. Kids think they’re buying Percs or Xanax, but it’s fentanyl in disguise. One pill, one bag, one hit — and they’re gone.
💊 A national crisis hitting Staten Island harder than almost anywhere else.
This is personal. Because when you talk about the opioid crisis on Staten Island, you can’t avoid the so-called “peacekeepers” of True 2 Life. They parade around like a community savior org, but behind closed doors? They’re frauds. They’re the same ones feeding poison into their own circle.
Take the Perrys. A Staten Island family tied to T2L. Their youngest, Balen, died of a fentanyl overdose.
☠️ Words don’t soften it — overdoses kill families.
And look close at the photo — that’s Iron Mic, the one who calls himself a “community leader,” rocking the EBT tee and fitted. His own brother died a junkie’s death while Mic was still running around pushing this fake “peace” narrative.
👥 The Perrys — Balen (second from right) died of a fentanyl overdose while True 2 Life preached peace.
The hypocrisy don’t end there. About a week before his death, Balen slid in my DMs, accusing me of trying to get with his girl. Called me a bug out. Said I was on drugs. Even threatened my life — while he was the one drowning in Percs. A week later, he OD’d.
That’s the truth nobody else is willing to say: these so-called “peacekeepers” are knee-deep in the same dirt they claim to clean up.
While families bury loved ones, T2L still posts reckless shit online. Promoting violence, not peace.
📱 Another “peace” member online — talking murder instead of solutions.
💰 The global opioid market keeps growing — billions made while families crumble.
And that’s the gutter truth: this ain’t just about drugs. It’s about frauds who build platforms off death while pretending they’re saving lives.
Until Staten Island stops letting wolves dress up as shepherds, the overdose numbers won’t change. Peace can’t be built on poison.
