📰 The Gutter Report: NYPD Pummels Staten Island Man During Park Hill Gun Arrest
Viral footage shows officers repeatedly striking Durrell “Kane” McCullough while he lies pinned on the ground
Park Hill, Staten Island, NY — A viral video recorded in the Park Hill section of Staten Island is raising serious questions about police conduct during the March 4 arrest of Durrell “Kane” McCullough.
McCullough was arrested by officers from the 120th Precinct and now faces multiple gun-related charges in Richmond County Criminal Court.
But it’s the video of the arrest itself that has quickly become the center of attention.
🎥 Viral Footage of the Arrest
The footage, recorded from a nearby building and now circulating across social media, shows a gray SUV pulled over in the Park Hill area.
Moments later, a struggle breaks out between McCullough and several officers.
Within seconds, McCullough is taken to the ground where multiple officers pile on top of him.
What follows in the video has sparked intense debate.
As McCullough lies pinned beneath several officers on the pavement, officers can be seen repeatedly punching him while he is already on the ground.
From the vantage point of the recording, McCullough appears unable to fight back as the blows continue landing.
Whether he had already been handcuffed at that moment remains unclear from the footage.
But what the video clearly captures is a man on the ground beneath multiple officers while punches continue to rain down.

⚖️ The Charges
According to records in Richmond County Criminal Court, McCullough now faces several charges including:
Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree (Loaded Firearm)
Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree
Criminal Possession of a Firearm
Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree
Obstructing Governmental Administration
Resisting Arrest
Unlawful Possession of an Ammunition Feeding Device
Possession of Ammunition
McCullough, born in 1994, was arraigned in Richmond County Criminal Court where bail was set at $150,000 cash or $450,000 bond.
⚠️ Resisting Arrest vs. What the Video Shows
Among the charges filed against McCullough is Resisting Arrest.
But the video now circulating across Staten Island has caused many viewers to question that narrative.
In the footage, McCullough appears pinned beneath multiple officers on the pavement while punches are thrown.
Without the police complaint or body camera footage, the NYPD’s explanation for the force used has not yet been publicly detailed.
However, the contrast between the resisting arrest charge and the visual footage of McCullough already on the ground beneath several officers has quickly become a focal point of conversation surrounding the arrest.
👀 Who Was With Him
Also visible in the video — standing off to the side with his hands raised at one point while officers deal with McCullough — is Allan Floyd, known in Staten Island circles as “Wildin Allan.”
📷 Allan Floyd, known as “Wildin Allan” — seen in the Park Hill arrest video standing nearby with his hands raised while NYPD officers focus on Durrell “Kane” McCullough.
Floyd’s name previously surfaced in connection with a federal case involving members and associates of the Paybacc Crips in Staten Island.
In 2019, federal prosecutors announced charges against several individuals tied to the gang in an armed kidnapping and robbery involving a marijuana dealer and a 16-month-old child.

The case later became widely discussed throughout Staten Island after cooperation connected to the investigation involving Allan Floyd and Edward Gotay.
In the Park Hill arrest video, Floyd can be seen standing nearby with his hands raised while officers focus on McCullough.
According to available court records, Floyd does not currently appear to have any active criminal case connected to the March 4 incident.
Despite being seen leaving the scene in handcuffs and placed into a police vehicle, no charges for Floyd appear on the Richmond County court docket related to the stop.
🚨 A Story Staten Island Is Now Watching
For now, two things are happening at the same time.
Inside the courtroom, Durrell “Kane” McCullough is facing serious felony gun charges that will be decided through the legal process.
Outside the courtroom, a video of his arrest is spreading across Staten Island showing officers repeatedly punching him while he is already pinned on the pavement.
The footage also shows another man present — Allan “Wildin Allan” Floyd — who appears to leave the scene in handcuffs but currently shows no active charges tied to the incident.
And that combination of events has already sparked questions across the borough.
Because once a video like this surfaces — and once people begin noticing who was arrested and who wasn’t — the conversation moves far beyond the initial police stop.
As the case moves forward in Richmond County Criminal Court, the legal process will address the charges.
But the footage from Park Hill has already ensured that the arrest itself will remain under public scrutiny.
Not for clicks — for clarity.
